Shipping & Returns

All Candela pieces are handcrafted in Italy and carefully inspected before shipment.

Each piece is individually handmade using traditional artisanal techniques. As a result, slight variations in color, shape, size, transparency, bubbles, and surface details may occur. These characteristics are not defects, but rather a reflection of the handmade process that makes every piece unique.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Once an order has been shipped, Candela is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and their limited production, all sales are considered final.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopcandela.it and include photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

Due to the fragile nature of glass, Candela cannot replace or refund items damaged through normal wear, accidental impact, improper handling, or misuse after delivery.

If a significant manufacturing defect is identified, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Each case will be reviewed individually.
